Founded in 1927, Woh Hup is one of Singapore’s oldest and largest construction and civil engineering specialists. Philip leads in the areas of investment strategy, fund raising, stakeholder relations and project execution. Over the last three
years, he has overseen GBP300m+ worth of investments in the UK real estate market, with a focus on development projects in living/residential/purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sectors. Philip is originally from the UK and has lived in Singapore for the last 15 years.

Her portfolio includes all UK acquisitions, with a focus on deal structuring, tax, and operations management. Roxanne plays a key role in working with local development partners to ensure effective oversight and timely reporting of project information.

Roxanne has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Babson College, majoring in Finance and Computational and Mathematical Finance.

Mr. Kim Yong is the 3rd generation of this family-owned business and has been appointed as the Chairman of Woh Hup Holdings (Private) Limited (WHHPL) and Woh Hup (Private) Limited (WHPL). Kim has been and continues to be instrumental in the growth of the company over the last four decades.

Mr. Kim Yong has more than 40 years of working experience in the construction industry and since he was appointed Deputy Chairman in 2006, he has led the company to complete many iconic projects in Singapore including Reflections at Keppel Bay, Gardens by the Bay, The Interlace, d’Leedon and Jewel Changi Airport.
